This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The owner and pharmacist picked up the phone tonight and was the model of customer service. The chain pharmacies are awful to interact with as there are arduous processes for anything: refills, talking to a pharmacist, getting information, anything! It was a breath of fresh air that this pharmacist was kind, informative, and patient. His knowledge of the medication was impressive. He took his time explaining way more than just the medication. It’s so refreshing to be a part of an experience where someone is truly in the right vocation and they seem happy to help.I called because I had an allergic reaction to the medication and the way he made it right was top notch. The reaction had nothing to do with him or his pharmacy, but yet, he went out of his way to make me feel valued as a customer when he didn’t have to do it. I’m blown away by the service I received today. If you’re looking for a compounding pharmacy, this one is it. I’m a customer for life!
